Hey Dave, I just peeked in and saw you RUNNING! I'm impressed, keep it up - and just as a little note of encouragement, that choice thing is still something I struggle with every day (even after 11 years!). It does get a little easier once it's habitual though).

All I can say is I've had the best laugh in a long time reading about your intense pain Ha! Ha! Thanks I needed that on a Monday morning - but on the serious side - You can do anything with the help of the Lord and alot of prayer!!! I'm confident that you will succeed in your goal and you will be rewarded not only physically but spiritually. Let me know when the next time your running I'd love to come and watch and wipe your brow.
