Pay It Forward

What a great day today!

I had the opportunity to start the day speaking to my daughters public school. they did an assembly that was focused on Pay it Forward. I got to share about the walk and about the needs in Guatemala. What a great bunch of students. I really enjoyed that! Thanks to all who were involved in planning that.

Then later that same day......

I attended the Christian Horizons South District Connections meeting. A realy specail event because it was one year ago at the same connections meeting that I went public with the commitment to change my ways, go for a walk, raise money and awareness for the disability issues here at home and in South and Central America. At the time, it was just a simple commitment to get more active and to bless others through it, but now it has become much much more that I could have ever imagined. The commitment of an army of people, sacrificing there time, talents and resources are all coming together for a tsunami size impact on Exceptional Needs around the world and I am convinced to have the same impact on our own lives as we set aside our needs and focus on others.

Thanks Everyone

Yours are the feet with which he walks to do good,
Yours are the hands, with which he blesses all the world"
