Again a big thanks to the staff and the people we serve in Oxford for supplying a great lunch! it was amazing!
tonight there was a fund raising BBQ, hosted by the KUMA cafe and Nancy Dueck! An amazing event. Lots of people, great support, great fun and lots of great food. Thanks Nancy and ALL those that have of their time and resources to allow this to happen. The Aylmer community is such an amazing place!
Nancy joins us tomorrow for the journey through Elgin Co. which includes Aylmer and St. Thomas!

And tomorrow, some folks from Niagra are coming to join us.
Some blisters still continue to trouble Amber, and today at the end of the walk I ended up with some kind of a rash on my foot. I have also abandoned my second pair of shoes and have another pair exactly like my good ones (donated by Runners Den) I will slowly break them in. The breathe much better!

If you didn't get a chance to go to the BBQ tonight... you should try to get to Kuma Cafe in Aylmer at noon tomorrow (Friday), wow was that ever GOOD FOOD!!!!... and the donations going to a great cause. You just can't go wrong!
